  • Do you ship your prints with a frame Internationally?
    We deliver the prints with a frame ONLY in Lebanon, but unfortunately not for international shipping because frames might be broken during transit.
    Frames on the website are only for display, the frames available are in raisin (black and white color only). By experience, I chose the material raisin and not wood, because overtime the wooden frame looses the color a little bit, unlike the raisin ones which are more durable!

  • What kind of paper and ink do you use for printing?
    We print on 260 mgs "Waterproof Semi-Gloss Photo Paper" which offers the rich texture and semi-shine of authentic Lebanese prints. Perfect for showcasing vibrant scenery or display-worthy artwork, it delivers stunning color and detail that everyone can appreciate. The ink used is "Pigment UV Ink", a high ink quality that resist fading over a very long period of time,

  • Do you accept custom work?
    Akid! if you couldn't find an art or place that speaks to you in our website, you can always contact us and we can make it happen!

  • If it's sketched using ink on paper, wouldn't be pixelized after printing especially on big paper size?
    Of course not! After using ink on paper, the lines drawn are later vectorized on Illustrator, in other words the quality stays the same no matter the size printed from A4 to A0 and bigger (below is a size guide for square and portrait/landscape prints). We deliver a high quality Lebanese poster that anyone can appreciate and enjoy once hanged on your walls.Β 

    PS: We care deeply about protecting Lebanese cultural art and show a low-resolution version online to prevent theft. Rest assured, your print will arrive in beautiful high resolution.
  • Can I order bulk or wholesale prints?
    Absolutely! Contact us for special pricing on bulk orders, perfect for corporate gifts, hotels, or souvenir shops!Β 

  • Are ceramic mugs shipped internationally?
    At the moment, our ceramic mugs can only be delivered within Lebanon due to the risk of breakage during international transit. The good news is that we're currently working on a new enamel mug collection that will be much easier to ship worldwide. We look forward to sharing it with you soon!

  • What are your shipping times and costs?
    Lebanon: 3-4 business days, at $5.00 with tracking included, once the order is packed and ready for delivery.Β 
    International: Traditional International Shipping (7–14 business days) or Express Shipping (5 -7 business days), rates vary by country (you’ll see the exact cost at checkout with different shipping methods).
    While we do our best to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may happen due to customs processing or carrier conditions. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • Will I have to pay customs or duties after purchase?
    Some countries apply customs or import fees on international orders. These fees are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
